Hopewell Valley’s High School Graduating Senior Vanessa Walrath: One of the most fun graduations we have been to in a long time! Congratulations Vanessa!!!!!
Not only is she a scholar and a stunningly beautiful person inside and out, Vanessa is a smartie headed to the Honors Program at William and Mary College in Virginia. She works really, really hard. Roasting her at her after graduation was truly a fun time. Here she is surrounded by her parents and brother Ethan and grandparents. Such fun came from a scholarship award-winning granddaughter. We are so proud and pleased and blessed to have been able to “train” it to and back from New Jersey to be with everyone. It was great to be docked at Crocker’s Boatyard in New London, CT, to be able to walk to and from the train station.
Michael’s Waterford County School awards ceremony: Not only was Michael stage manager for his school’s awards and graduation ceremony. Our rising 10th grader earned three awards: the Principal’s Award, the Student Work Program Award, and an Upper School Supervisor Award. We are so proud of him. More to come from this lively grandson of ours!
Pictured here are all the family that attended and his most ardent supporter, his sister Lina Walrath, a sophomore at Eastern Connecticut State College. Enjoy the awards and the cash Michael. So glad that big sister Emmy from Los Angeles could be with all of us at this time. Thanks for showing us around your school including the farm and all the amazing animals you help care for. It’s so cool!
I think it is absolutely wonderful that you were able to attend the graduations. Wonderful, hadr-working kids. Congratulations. You must be very proud indeed.
